Cancellation Policy:

We require a minimum of 12 hours notice for any cancellations of waxing and beauty services. All facial and body treatments require 24 hours notice of cancellation. For cancellations that happen less than the time shown above, a charge of 50% of the full retail price service will be automatically charged. For cancellations with 5 hours or less time and No Shows will be automatically charged 100% of service, regardless of reason. Thank you for understanding.
